"I loved this place! It was located in a very quiet part of greater Tokyo and it was really nice and easy to walk around the neighborhood. I especially liked how close to it was to different restaurants and Oji Station. Please take advantage of the late nights walks you can go on and enjoy each detail because it is what makes this place so special. Will for sure book again if I go back to Japan anytime soon. "Perfect for your family it comes with the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and most of all the laundry and some soap. I liked how it was spacious for my family of four one child. I would definitely come back. There is a family Mart across the street, Pizza Hut, a grocery store five minute walk, and other convenience stores. The only thing to keep in mind to it its self check in so there is no receptionist, but there is a live chat phone if you need questions at the front desk. Also to keep in mind is that the train is a bit of a walk a 10 to 15 minute walk which is the Hibiya and Ginza line."

"The room was pretty spacious for Japan. The biggest perks was the washer and dryer in the room and they had a microwave, toaster, freezer and fridgerator in the space. I’d say it’s family friendly and the room was clean. They don’t necessarily offer cleaning daily but you can request for items at the front desk as needed like towels or more toilet paper, etc. It was nice having convent stores so close by, but I’d prefer it a bit closer to a train station. I mean it wasn’t super far from a train station but with all the walking in Japan, I’d wish I was closer to a station so things like restaurants, department stores were a bit closer. Still a great hotel!"

"During our vacation we had excellent service from staff. Very helpful staff to assist with taxi service, luggage storage etc... The surprising spacious rooms were cleaned every third day with daily clean towels. The Hot Spa (Daiyokujyou) on the 20th floor was also a fantastic service available from early morning to late night. This is the place for you if you also enjoy excellent service. The breakfast services were over priced although it was convenient, it didn't have quality food and Japanese variety that I expected. Some what unorganized setting of the food line and the table seating were crammed next to the food area. The balcony was a nice addition from other hotels which made it relaxing to have your dessert and coffee. The local community had everything to make your stay feel like home. The JR line was a minute away from the hotel. Local restaurants and food market to grab a snack or obento were also excellent. This location also had a Trolley car running through the town with a small park next to it was a picturesque scene how small towns are the best."
