"My 2 nights stay was terrible because I had a very big quarrel with another guest; was allotted a bed in the female room by a woman named Nana;the first night was fine but on the second night, came back from late night work, was tired and I just needed a good night sleep but as I went to my allotted bed,a Chinese guest came in and started shouting and screaming loudly at me,saying that was her bed;there was no staff member to solve the issue; had the worst experience in my entire life"

"The location is very quiet
10inite walk to train station. Check in and check out was very easy. We found the beds hard but still slept ok. We would go back for sure. "

"My stay was incredible, staff were very helpful and never hesitant to answer my questions. The ryokan is very charming and it feels homey, especially coming down for breakfast in the morning! Would definitely stay here again, it’s close to the train station too. Thank you!"

"The cleanliness of the room was great.Room service cleaning always left the room spotless and help when I left the room in a mess and put my thing neat and organized. Front desk was helpful and patience with me even if they don’t know English. Overall experience was amazing and the location was great."

"If you are a foreigner looking for a budget hotel, stay at any APA. Very clean, very accommodating and accessible to surrounding areas. This one in particular was very nice, away from super crowded and touristy areas but still a chill part of Tokyo. "
"The staff are young and energetic. You can tell they enjoy working here with each other. Room and bathroom were clean and impressive. "Welcome drink", coffee machine and other amenities were appreciated.
Six laundry machines across three floors, drying cycle takes a lot longer for some clothes so bring plenty of coins because they cost money. TV shows you the laundry status remotely which is cool.
The area took some getting used to, but there are some wonderful places to eat and be entertained. Recommend restaurants on floor 4 below the hotel. "
"Clean room and great amenities for a good stay. Garbage pick up could have been more timely as the garbage sat out all day after we put it out as directed. The staff was very friendly and with good communication skills. Front lobby area should be larger with luggage storage secured in a room instead of out on the small lobby."
