With an area of 80 m², this ground floor house, welcoming and fully equipped, will seduce you with its peaceful atmosphere and view of the garden. From the entrance, you will discover a beautiful bright living room, perfect for sharing good moments after your walks on the island. The lounge, with its comfortable sofas and television, invites you to relax, while the dining room will allow you to savour your meals in complete conviviality.

The kitchen, open to the living room, is functional and well-equipped and has everything necessary to prepare delicious dishes: induction hobs, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Senseo, toaster, kettle and various utensils. Whether you are fans of gourmet breakfasts or family dinners, everything is at your disposal to cook with simplicity.



On the night side, the house has three bedrooms. The first is equipped with two single beds (90x200) that can be brought together to form a large King Size bed (180x200), the second with a double bed (140x200), and the third, ideal for children, with bunk beds (90x190). A bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer will allow you to relax after a day at the beach. For your comfort, a separate toilet completes the house.



The house is also equipped with a washing machine, a travel cot, an iron and you can park two vehicles inside the plot, in front of the house. Please note, however, that it is not permitted to charge an electric vehicle in this rental.
