Cozy park home amenities galore! Near Legacy Bike trail & only 3 miles to beach.

  • Beautiful park home in the Royal Coachman RV resort in Nokomis, FL, right next to Venice and 25 min south of downtown Sarasota. We are a 8 min drive from white sand beaches on the Gulf, and 10 min from the quaint downtown of Venice with shops and a farmers market every Saturday. The resort has the following amenities

    Large heated salt water resort pool, 2 sand volleyball courts, 6 shuffle board, 4 tennis, 4 pickleball, horseshoe pits, putting green, mini golf, 2 dog parks, boat and kayak launch, next to the best bike trail in Florida ( legacy trail) and more!

    Perfect spot for a group of 2-6 people to relax, enjoy some fun activities and be close to many local destination spots.
