The house has a fantastic primary suite with water views and a bathroom with dual sinks, a tub, and a spacious separate shower. The second bedroom has a very nice queen-sized bed. The third bedroom has twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a comfortable sofa bed and can be enjoyed as a den/office as it is located off the living area.

The living room and kitchen are combined in an open area with great water views. The house also has a dining room, and a patio is fantastic for a barbeque and for relaxing while looking at the water.

This magnificent house offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Situated just a short drive away from the wonderful beaches, the quaint downtown Venice area, restaurants, and shopping, it offers the best of both worlds.
