Watch the sunset from your private dock or poolside, walk to the beach or swim in the pool. This one of a kind old Florida home is located next to luxurious homes, the water and is just a short walk to Tiki Bar, restaurants and beaches.
There is a dock in front of the property where guests have enjoyed casual fishing.
The space
The house and bedrooms are furnished with a coastal feel.
Guests can see the pool and waterfront from three of the four bedrooms. **Each room is cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
Water views are also available from the living room and porch.
Guests are provided with a wagon and chairs for walks to gorgeous sandy beaches.

The entire house is available for use. Ample parking for guests is located in front of the house.
There is an attached apartment that is used for an owners closet.
