"The shuttle was really late for pick up. The front desk gave me the wrong timing for dinner at a restaurant, the burger place food leaves a lot to be desired. The room is not well thought out - took awhile to figure out how to turn the lighting the bathroom (it was connected to the light for the hallway on delay), no outlets by the bed to charge technology, no hand towels. Basic hotel, somewhat outdated."

"Hotel is located within the Schiphol airport. We traveled from Paris by train, which dropped us at airport, where we were able to drop luggage, check in, and meet up with other family members who were joining us later in our travels. Staff very helpful, beautiful clean rooms, and location is excellent when travel by air, train, or rental car is needed. "

My experience has been extremely disappointing and far below the standard one would expect—especially considering the amount paid for the room. During my stay, I discovered a mouse inside the room. This was not only alarming but completely unacceptable from a hygiene and safety standpoint. I was also traveling with my child, which makes this situation even more concerning. "The hotel was very clean and comfortable! The staff was amazing. I lost an earring and the cleaning staff found it and returned it to me. So nice! The hotel itself was in a very walkable area. Close to everything!"
