"A spotless room which included kitchen amenities"

"Spacious room and large bed. Pillows are large, square and way too soft to go with the already soft bed - perhaps a firmer pillow choice also would be nice. Bathroom has glass door which is not great for privacy and we found a bit odd. We were there 3 nights and my parents in their room for 4 nights and despite being out each day from 9am ish - no days were the rooms cleaned or towels changed etc - even the bin being emptied would have been nice. Free hot drink machine was a plus - really good extra and we had a fridge in our room (my parents did not though but had cupboard for it) - free drinks in both rooms to start the stay was a lovely bonus. Staff were friendly/lovely and couldn’t do enough - had to ask for extra pillows and a fix of our safe - both of which were quickly rectified. Reception only manned 1pm-11pm so worth noting. Good location of hotel and lovely restaurant Saigon right next door! Highly recommended. Breakfast at hotel we didn’t need but did look good with a good range of choice. "

"Very disappointing experience at LogInn Stuttgart. I had a room reserved and informed the hotel in advance that I would arrive around midnight. I was told that the reception is open until 1:00 a.m., so I didn’t expect any issues. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception. The doors were closed and the only option was an intercom. The person on the other side gave me a code for the key box, but it didn’t work. When I told him that the code wasn’t opening the box, he simply said that if the code doesn’t work, there’s nothing more he can do. After a very long and exhausting day at work, I was left standing outside the hotel for almost an hour, unable to access my room. No real assistance, no solution, no sense of responsibility. This is not what you expect when you have a confirmed reservation and clear communication about your arrival time. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience."

"The room was ok but quite tired, the walls were badly scuffed so it needed either painting or a protection in the entrance passage to the room. We had a mixed review on staff because the lady we initially spoke to was lovely but when I went back to reception and explained that we had dogs, the man was quite rude telling me that I should have advised in advance. Maybe so but it was an oversight and his tone was not appreciated. "

"Zimmer war gut, tolles Bett gute Matratze und Kissen....... Das war es mit gutem in diesem Hotel.... 14€ zusätzlich für die Tiefgarage weil alles Parkplätze vor dem Hotel MC Donalds gehören!..... Frühstück keinen Sitzplatz bekommen. Asiatische Reisegruppe war zu Gast..... Buffet war schlicht weg leer. Man konnte sich dann einen einen Tisch setzen wo gerade ein Gast aufgestanden ist und mit den anderen Gästen weiter frühstücken. Während man am 6er Tisch saß wurde der Tisch neu eingedeckt und mit Reiniger der Tisch besprüht. Ich habe dann meine Tasse und Teller hoch gehoben, damit mein trockenes Brötchen und der Kaffee nicht abbekommen. Sowas habe ich in keinem anderen Hotel bis jetzt erleben müssen...zum Glück "
