"An exquisite hotel. Wonderful character in the main buildings, with the cosiest of lounges & bedrooms. Delicious food served in an intimate setting. A gorgeous spa with long standing highly experienced therapists. All staff go above and beyond. I cannot fault or recommend highly enough."

"The house was family friendly. We asked for a travel cot, highchair and bed which they provided and this was very helpful. Tess and Ed left us some treats which were a lovely surprise to start our holiday. They communicated with us well. The location to the seafront is great. Only a few minutes walk there and to the park.Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we went back to Littlehampton. Thank you! "

"Shower did not work, sink in bathroom did not empty, strong smell of urine in bathroom. Old tired and worn carpet. Dirty windows. Dirty mouldy blinds Freezer full of ice and in need of defosting"

"This is a perfect house for families getting together who live near and far . It is a well designed house with everything you can possibly need eg games , dog blankets , towels for the beach , all mod cons and a perfect size kitchen and lounge . Loved the massive TV . And the dog hamper and Christmas gifts were a lovely touch and Christmas decorations were superb . A perfect house we will be back xx"

"We had a great stay and loved the little touches like the bathrobes and tea and coffee to keep us going until we could get to the store. Great location on the beach and everything you could possibly need in Rustington. I highly recommended this house."
