Her home was in impeccable condition, with a secure, covered parking spot conveniently located near the elevator. The location is excellent...a 10 minute drive to one of the biggest and best malls we visited in Italy, and within walking distance of a nice restaurant. Maria went above and beyond, even using her personal time to help me resolve an issue with my cell phone. Her hospitality...

Presente macchina del caffè in camera ma non le cialde ( nespresso o compatibili) ( ma si posso acquistare). Check-in da remoto, comodo e ed efficiente. "We regret another reservation of ours could not be completed due to lack of uniform internet. We reserved, therefore, at this establishment as a last minute solution. Please be aware the only window was the door itself. The bed and pillows were among the most uncomfortable we have ever endured. (Lumps.) The location itself is lovely. Yet there is no lobby/reception, so the name of "palazzo" is additionally misleading. Good luck if you must stay here. "
