"We arrived around 14.30 ready for a 15.00 check in. As everyone was already doing the same thing we were asked to wait which wasn't an issue. We got a coffee and just waited. We could see others checking in but still we waited. A lovely lady called Emily came to us to check us in as we were near enough the last people. She apologized profusely for the delay but it didn't matter at all to us Because of the delay we were offered any drink be it hot or cold The room was very clean and comfortable. Could've have asked for more. We had booked to go to The First Direct Arena to see Billy Ocean so asked Emily if she knew the bus timetable. She went above and beyond to sort everything out for us A true and very valuable asset to the company. Many thanks Emily Steve and Linda "
