We had a great deck area to sit outside. Laundry facilities on sight were included. The layout of the room was a bit awkward. The location was close to the metro so getting around was easy.

The Zoku is a unique hotel. I loved the 5th floor layout, with lots of plants and natural light. This is where breakfast is served and where you check in. We had a late flight to Copenhagen and didn't get to the hotel until after midnight. Luckily the check in person was there and we got our room with no hassle. The room was like an apartment; couch, dining table and little kitchenette. When we booked it, I don't think we realized the bed would be in a loft. Being 63 and 66 years old, this made for a challenge when having to use the restroom in the middle of the night. Luckily, we are both short, so for the next couple of nights we just turned our bodies 90 degrees in the bed, and all was well. The hotel is located close to the train station and to two large grocery stores. The breakfast was fantastic! I had made to order scrambled eggs with avocado toast and bacon. Yum! The staff were extremely friendly! Great place!

We really liked the location and the staff on the front desk were really friendly and helpful. The coffee bar and cinnamon buns were delicious. The rooms were clean. The bathroom sink was appalling- no space for anything. The pictures on Expedia were deceptive- our room was certainly not anything like the room we were assigned.

Clean and basic but not the best check in experience and quite busy. Have to store your own luggage in a random basement room. Close to everything so 10/10 for location.

I stayed here in June and found it really pleasant. It's a little confusing at first, 3 chain hotels combined into one and most staff weren't very clear about how that works - different lifts for different floors. The initial welcome wasn't great, just very unclear and lacked information however, in trying to find my room and ending up on the wrong floor, I bumped into a member of staff who was much more helpful and welcoming. Besides that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was a solo trip and the room size was perfect. The bed/duvet/pillows is still something I dream about. The bathroom was sensational, shower a little small but the heated floors made up for it. I didn't have any food at the hotel, but Uber Eats worked and food was delivered to my room, equally great food options available downstairs and few mins walk away. I had a drink from the bar, very nice! I'd definitely stay here again!
