"The breakfast was excellent and provided enough variety to eat there for several days. The hotel advertises a roof top pool, but in fact this can only be accessed by paying a fee for 1.5hrs, which also includes the sauna and wellness area."

"This review could have received 5 stars, except for the snafu at the beginning. We booked an Elegant Classic, which says it is 20-24 sm, with an armchair on the website. Instead we got a 15 sm room with no chair, which is an Elegant Essential. We could barely move in the room because the space around the bed was too small. When I complained to the front desk, they claimed the room was 20 sm and was a Classic room. They did offer to move us to another room the next two nights, which turned out to be excellent and exactly what we expected. The lesson learned is that the hotel seems to be putting people in Elegant Essential rooms and calling them Elegant Classics. Otherwise the hotel was excellent. Great second room, great breakfast in a beautiful dining room, and great central location. I would highly recommend the hotel, but be sure the room they give you is what you selected."

"We had a funny little room but it was charming w large windows that opened over a pretty roof w flags flying in the clouds. The free breakfast is excellent in your room as well! Friendly staff were so helpful!"

"This is a big bustling hotel in the middle of Central Stockholm. I expected a soulless box with 500+ rooms. Instead, the Clarion Sign surprised at nearly every turn. The afternoon check-in turnover was handled like clockwork, a ballet of authentically happy interactions with guests. I watched as reception staff greeted guests with smiles and enthusiasm. A manager handed out chocolates when there was a wait. Location is ideal, five minutes from the Arlanda Express and Central Station. My room was spotless and comfortable with some clever amenities. (Including a fold-out luggage rack and different colored bath towels.) Breakfast was surprisingly good with made-to-order omelettes cooked just right. Other chain and more expensive hotels in Stockholm and beyond could learn from the service, cleanliness and genuinely buoyant ethos of this hospitality team."

"Well located within the centre of Stockholm, you canwalj everywhere or use the excellent tram and metro system. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby so we didn't eat in the hotel. Room was a good size with a nice rainfall shower and bed very comfortable. Recommended"
