The Profil Hotel was very clean and in an excellent location. The breakfast was unbelievable. My room was on the sixth floor and very warm. I had to open the windows, but listened to a large noisy motor running all day and night. The front desk offered me a floor fan. Don’t stay on the sixth floor.

Great Hotel

Excellent value for money. Small wines as a welcome at the hotel. Excellent! Good location. Walking distance from the train station. Short distance to Djurgården, which was the main destination of our trip. The hotel suited us very well. No complaints.

Good place to stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. When we found it a bit warm, the staff lent us a fan for the remainder of our stay. One small irritant was that the shower is even with the rest of the bathroom floor with no barrier, so when we used it water would get everywhere.

Good place to stay in Stockholm city center

Excellent location, walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and shopping. We rented two rooms, one of which would benefit of a small closet or shelves to store clothes during the stay. Breakfast was amazing and accommodating for people with different dietary needs. Overall staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was exactly what you would expected based on the description online. Daily breakfast was served downstairs every morning; water and coffee were served every afternoon; and housekeeping was provided daily as well. Multiple public transportation stops steps away which made it super easy to get around. The only downfall was the tiny European bed; we slept nearly on top of each other every night because the bed was so small.

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. However, the noise insulation is poor and our sleep was disturbed every night by shouting, screaming, cars racing and honking their horns, deliveries, snowplough tractor, etc. right outside our 2nd floor window.

Service was dismissive

Two rooms travelling as a family. No warm water in second room. This was promised to be taken care of asap as they investigated during the first night as it was “not ok”. The next morning, new staff, their suggestions was 20 SEK compensation for the three nights(!) “no new rooms available”. We demanded two new rooms on same floor at least, as we had joined luggage. “We see what we can do”. Second round of investigation, now it seemed that the “water is not that cold” so “you can use it fine”. Still we demanded new rooms on a same floor (still joined luggage), and as my daughter was not able to shower in the cold water. “No rooms available”. We left the hotel for activities (after a loud negotiation in the reception) as we were running late. Thinking of switching hotels. After half an hour I got a phone call from the reception, that they can indeed put us on the same floor and have the rooms available, after all. The problem got solved only after things were escalated. I was pissed about the bullshitting and belittling of our customer experience. The night before it was already established that the water was indeed cold. I think they should at least stick to their own truth. I just take my money elsewhere in the future.

Certainly! Here's an improved version of your text in English: --- The hotel is quite worn and could use an upgrade. The rooms are small, and the floor is almost broken. Additionally, the shower was clogged, the wine glass was broken, and the key card stopped working. In addition, the resptionist were not any nice either. On the positive side, the location is excellent, the price is reasonable, and the breakfast is top. Still - I would not recommend.

Wonderful visit at ProfilHotel! It is well located and more reasonably priced compared to some others. Breakfast was lovely each day. Torva was an outstanding hostess! She and the whole staff were kind, professional and ready to assist with any needs (directions, activity reservations etc.). I did have an issue with cleanliness in my bathroom, but the staff worked quickly to fix it. We would definitely come again!

Sehr zentral und gut angebunden. Es war immer Sauber und das Frühstück hatte eine angemessene Auswahl. Ab und an waren die Servicekräfte leider etwas unfreundlich. Unser Zimmer war leider laut und es hat durch die alten Fenster gezogen. Ebenso hatten wir kein Wlan Empfang im Zimmer, obwohl hier angegeben wurde, dass dies in den Zimmern der Fall sein sollte. Die Matratzen waren auch sehr weich, nicht unser Fall aber da kann jeder ein anderen Geschmack haben. Die Badezimmer sind sehr klein aber haben alles nötige vorhanden. Rundum ein okayes Hotel für einen Städtetrip für ein paar Tage.

GREAT location as it was onl a few blocks from the water. Many restaurants within a few blocks. Very nice breakfast buffet with a good selection. Coffee and tea in the lobby. Dog friendly with dog biscuits and paw wipes at the entrance to the hotel. Staff very helpful, friendly, patient.
