"Rooms were clean. We had a balcony that overlooked small canal. Easy walk from water bus station for convienance. Offered free trip to Murrano by water taxi - good luck getting back. Just beware. Breakfast was extra but very good. Not too far to walk to St Marks Square 10 to 15 minutes. Nicely decorated - nice hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Venice. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially with our unusual flight schedule. They went above and beyond to make sure a taxi was arranged to pick us up at 4:00 a.m., and they even prepared a little bag with cookies and juice for the road. Such a thoughtful touch! The room was clean, comfortable, and well presented. We truly appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again!"

"I was on the 3rd floor, 301. There is an elevator to take you up. The room was quite adequate, bed comfortable. Only and its a minor issue. The actual shower area was small. And it would have been nice to have a shelf in the bathroom to put person toiletries,shaver etc. There was a nice shower pressure and lots of hot water. The room AC worked very well, in fact too well. It did feel a bit too cold at night. The room came with a small fridge, that had 2 bottles of water, can of pop, orange juice, a beer, bottle of grapefruit juice. Complimentary bottle of wine was there. Breakfast was really good, so much variety. If they could have some days have omelette instead of fry eggs all the time that would have be great. Over all my stay was great I stayed 6 nights. Towels were changed everyday. Lots of restaurants nearby, water boats close by, train station 5 mins walk. I have no complaints with my choice."
