"Nice little getaway to CO and didn't want to say in the city. This was the perfect spot! wasnt to far from Denver and had amazing veiws on the drive to and from."
"Nice property. Room was nice and clean. The employees were great (breakfast crew, front desk, room service). We parked at a public parking behind the property for $30/day per entry.
The hotel offered Valet parking at $64/day; however, it includes in/out parking.
Walked to a shopping district called The Pavilion. No open food establishments were open during late nights in close walking proximity.
The pool was nice and kid friendly (3ft-4ft) deep. There is a free metro-bus stop one street down that can take you close to Coors Field up&down downtown along 17th & 18th street.

"The Expedition Lodge is very quirky and different, but in a good way! Definitely not a cookie cutter chain hotel...and you should like stairs, lol. The lodge seems to be built on a hill and there are several short sets of stairs in all directions from the lobby. There is an elevator that will bring you to some of the rooms, though. Front desk staff were very friendly and efficient, and provided suggestions on our RMNP itinerary. The lodge had THE MOST unique breakfast I've ever experienced where you could opt for breakfast or lunch-type options. They are renovating certain areas, too. We were very happy with our stay!"
