"As a business traveler I would rate Arrive in a lower score, perhaps negative. When I selected Arrive thru Hotels.com I chose, Pay at Property, but that did NOT happen. My arrival and first night was April 21st. The 1st payment on my credit card was the 19th for $114.28. The 2nd payment was on the day of my arrival, 21st for $271.28. The 3rd payment was on the was on the same day for $100.00 The total was correct as promised $485.56 This payment process made no sense to me and makes for unnecessarily complicated accounting. More importantly, I like things to take place as I was promised. Furthermore, when I asked for a receipt, your desk clerk gave me hard time, telling me that I already had a receipt thru Hotels.com but that is only true if you pay them in advance, not at the hotel. There was no mention that I would have to pay a valet service to park my car each night for $25,"

"The outdoor pool area was much better than I expected. There are “cabana” areas, loungers in the shallow part of the pool and pergola overhang section for the loungers. We also enjoyed the entrance lounge with bar & fireplace plus a connecting outdoor area to enjoy."
