We especially appreciated how attentive the staff were to accommodating small children — it made a big difference in helping us feel welcome and supported. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with convenient sky bridges connecting directly to nearby malls, making shopping and dining incredibly easy and enjoyable. "We had a good experience staying at this hotel. Our luggage was safe when we dropped it off in the morning before checking in. The hotel was clean and for the most part we didn't hear noise from the surrounding rooms. It was easy to do laundry but the dryer to the right did not work well. The two washers and dryers required coins, which we could get from the front desk. The metro entrance was right outside the building making it easy to travel around the city. We didn't pay for the breakfast at the hotel but had no trouble finding food nearby. "

"They offered us late check-out due to our late flight. We liked the breakfast ; many food options. The carpet in our room was a bit dirty but not smelly. The location of the hotel is very convenient for dinning; shopping and transportation. "
