"The only disappointment I have was the room. I asked for 2 beds and was brought into a room with a King size bed. When I spoke to the bell hop who called the front desk I was advised that what I asked for is a "request" that means if they had the 2 beds ready I would have go it but they didnt. Other than that I had a good time."

"Our stay at Riu Aquarelle was absolutely unforgettable! A huge thank you to Meshia, Ackeem, Fidel, and the rest of the incredible team who provided excellent service serving our food and drinks with so much warmth.The resort is pristine, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and every room features a beautiful ocean view. We felt completely safe throughout our trip and thoroughly enjoyed the nonstop entertainment. We highly recommend this resort and can't wait to return!"

"The hotel was a beautiful resort, and we absolutely loved our swim-up room! We used the swim up pool everyday! The main pool next to it was also great. The beach wasn’t the best—it was a little rocky to get into, and the water wasn’t clear blue. However, the beach was still decent, and they added more sand toward the end of our stay. The buffet food was alright—not the best, but decent. We really enjoyed some of the restaurants, and the best part was that we didn’t have to make reservations. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the resort!"
