"We had an excellent stay at Excellence Oyster Bay! The staff throughout the resort were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which really made our experience special. Overall, the food and drinks were very good, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort.
Our only complaint was housekeeping. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and did not receive housekeeping service during our stay. For a resort of this caliber, we expected our room to be serviced at least once during our visit. Not a deal breaker.
Aside from that issue, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the hospitality of the staff!"
