Hedges Unit 7-J – Spacious & Comfortable Mountain Retreat

This 3-bedroom townhome, which includes a bonus room, offers ample space and

comfort, making it an excellent choice for families and groups. Conveniently

located in the central area of the Summit Property, this unit provides a nice

view and easy access to all amenities.

Designed for year-round enjoyment, this home features portable air

conditioners in both the living room and the master bedroom, ensuring a cool

and comfortable stay during the warmer months. With two full bathrooms, guests

will have plenty of space to freshen up after a day of outdoor adventures.

The spacious layout comfortably accommodates 8-10 guests, featuring a king bed

in the master bedroom, a bunk bed with two full beds (one on top, one on the

bottom) in the second bedroom, a queen bed in the third bedroom, and a full

bed in the bonus room.
