"Room and public area was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. We dropped our son’s blankie when we checked out. When I called the hotel Ashley answered and without a second of hesitation asked the room number and where we were parked, she put me on hold and found it immediately! She went above and beyond. It was as folded behind the desk with my name on it. Thank you Ashley! You saved the day! "

"Only "complaint" is that you can never get anyone by phone at the front desk. Just rings and rings. Even from the room (dial 0) and its busy. Otherwise, very nice room. "
