North Ferriby Holidays

Terrible food at dinner but breakfast OK. Good shower and beds. Convenient for motorway. Reception staff helpful upon arrival but not much use when I phoned after departure about a forgotten item. Still waiting to hear back 36 hours later....

All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful The hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment and looking amazing. The only minor downside to our stay was the air conditioning/ heating not working as a consequence of the refurbishment. The brilliant staff had a portable heater put in our room within minutes. Excellent service from excellent staff. Looking forward to staying again.

Bit of a queue checking in, two staff behind the desk and when it was our turn the person stopped dealing with us to see to someone else. Customer service good be improved. Good location but rooms could do with a renovation

Fabulous! Beautiful hotel, with magnificent public spaces and glorious grounds. The staff were delightful.

The reception staff were very helpful in giving us a room without residents above us. They also went out of their way to tell us of nearby facilities and the town surrounding. Very friendly.
