"Wonderful trip. This Condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Just the right amount of space and the balcony was our favorite spot. Morning coffee, breakfast and after dinners. Very convenient location and just steps from the beach where they had very reasonable umbrellas and chairs for daily rentals. We’ll be back!"

"The house was perfect for our family vacation! We loved being right on the beach and having our own pool. The location on the island was great too, convenient to getting everywhere and walking distance to Coligny. Communication from Paul, the property manager, was great and he was very responsive during our stay."

"Wonderful location. A little small (especially bathroom). No closest, but clean and just as advertised. Pool is small for number of guests and beach is very crowded during peak season. Host is an excellent communicator and very responsive. Would stay again!"

"Never got the email with check in details. Was on the phone with VRBO for over 30 minutes while trying to contact the host, floors were extremely gritty and dirty, our feet were black after walking around barefoot. Air conditioning unit on the top floor was very loud and the toilet didn’t work and had to be fixed. Hallway bathroom water had to be shut off and maintenance come fix. Garbage didn’t get picked and had to call. As soon as we got there we had to unload dishwasher because was full. Furniture in family room and patio super uncomfortable. Construction on house right behind us super loud. Overall super poor stay and would not recommend."

"One of the best vacation home. Very clean and the everything was just perfect as described. The location was also perfect, just 3 mins walk to beach, local mall across the street. Everything is available within 5-10 mins walk. Once checked in, no need to take the car out. The property is very secure as wel, great for family and friends."

"Room was clean.Host did a wonderful job with directions and guidelines. I would have loved some generic information about good restaurants or activities on the island. With it being our first time to Hilton Head, we were at a loss as to what to do besides beach. Beach was clean and wonderful.Bar seems to close early even though pool and hot tub stays open until 10.We were a bit surprised since we liked swimming and hot tubbing later and would have enjoyed a drink. We really enjoyed the bar/food during the day.We didn’t have a beach view and that was disappointing. I misunderstood ocean view for oceanfront condo. I am unsure how it sleeps six but it was just my husband and myself so we only needed the bedroom. We would have appreciated curtains to keep the room darker when we wanted to sleep in.You have a wonderful condo and the Resort is very nice and liked how close it was to shopping and food (Coligny)."
