"The air conditioner in my bedroom dripped on me for the first night. The next 30 hours we had no power but all of the units surrounding us had power. The host kept saying thanks for your patience but we had to buy power banks to charge our phones, swelter in rooms with no power, all of our food went off in the fridge and freezer. When it eventually came back on the air conditioner poured water all over my bed and was unable to be fixed for the remainder of the stay. The host gave us a refund for...

"We were shown to property that was basically a mud pit. There was basically no way to keep property clean. We explained this to girl who turned up to clean. We were charged a huge amount of money. We will NEVER recommend this or any of your other properties. Stop contacting us or we will make this public"
