"Good location & nice environment. Would be great if coin laundry is available & room clean-up be more thoughtful, like not repeatedly giving us more & more toiletries that we did not use. Having said, overall speaking it’s still very good. "

It's basically in the heart of Osaka with some good entertainment spots like Dottonbori right by. Having the 24/7 convenience story inside the hotel was so useful. Staff was also always readily available!"

"The staff was very friendly, and the property was very clean. The food options at the restaurants mainly catered to the Japanese palate. Only crossaints and the fruits were inticing to my palate. Thank God for Shake Shack. "
