"The hotel sits in a busy nightlife area. The noise at night is ongoing until 4am. Also, the bathroom toilet paper is in one of those dispensers that holds a big round roll. However it is difficult to keep the toilet paper from breaking, and then you have to dig underneath to find the start of the paper again. If I stay again, I will bring my own toilet paper, less hassle. Otherwise, a very nice room, comfortable bed, nice shower. Breakfast was so-so. Very nice staff. "

"This place is great- friendly owners and very helpful staff- even the maid went above and beyond when I was stricken with sickness- highly rated- non touristy medellin neighborhood but totally safe and surrounded with good food and next to a hospital (which is always a comfort) - free breakfast at a great place too- Near the metro and a bunch of markets- ok with foreigners and solo travelers for long terms too- 5star! This place is in the heart of downtown from early mornings to late evenings expected noise from traffic and people. I had to keep the windows and patio door open, because of hot room,just to keep the room cool. The area is good during the day time,but at night at your own risk."

"I was robbed by a group of men while unknowingly traveling in the bad area of medellin. The owner and his staff helped my contact my family and associates as well as make safe travel accomedations back home. The service here is life saving quality. 11/10"
