Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great house

House was clean with lots of fun stuff for the kids in the garage. Owners did a great job of labeling everything also. Everything you could possibly need is in the kitchen. House is great, but the issue is with Vacasa customer service as they’re less than desirable. WiFi constantly needed reset and it was definitely a modem issue. Modem needs replaced. It can’t handle more than 2 or 3 devices at once. They need to have someone local to deal with issues. Contacted several times and never got a resolution. When working remote wifi is a necessity.
