We are deeply disappointed in the service- and to be offered no compensation apart from an “upgrade next time we stay” dissappointing. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay with Novotel especially with the reception staff who were very helpful at check-in with storage of their extra luggage and also with advice on their options. They rated Novotel much better than Pullman in terms of helpful staff and more pleasant surroundings."
