"Staff were absolutely helpful, kind and friendly. Room was cleaned everyday, bed was comfortable. Only downfall was shower area was narrow, no disabled handrails and tiles were a bit slippery. Small damages in room: 1. Dent in wall above landline phone. 2. Cracked tile in bathroom below light switch and vanity bench."

"The room was immaculate and nicely arranged. I loved the bathrobe… wish I could have bought one to take home! There was a nice assortment of teas and coffees. The bed was so comfortable with soft luxurious bedding ."

"The rooms were a bit tired and could do with some maintenance but they were clean and more than adequate for our stay. Staff were friendly and the pool area was lovely. The bar had a good choice of beverages at very reasonable prices. Would recommend this hotel to others"
