"The Motel has onsite parking though the security gates are not used at night for whatever reason. So public can walk in whenever they wish too The Motel has undergone recent renovations so rooms are like new Positives: -Staff are polite and flexible with your comings and goings and will work around you. -Location is close to Sylvia Park Shopping Centre and a trip to the city can be from 30 min to 15 min. -Shower pressure will blow the spots off your back and are the shower stall is big enough to fit four people in if you wanted too -Rooms are spotless and maintained each day -Towels are great and thick -Photos on website are accurate Negatives: -Single bed was as hard as a rock and my back made sure I knew it! Not advisable if you have back issues -There is no where for you to hang suits, jackets. Clothes will have to remain in your suitcase The bath room takes up 1/4 of the floor plan. Its a very large bathroom -If sleeping in due to a late night it appears staff either do not communicate or, shrugs. Being woken by hammer drills on the outside wall next to you is not fun. -There are no windows on the ground floor rooms. The rooms have an air vent that operates always. So only filtered air -Not really a child friendly environment -Toilet seat is like a public toilet seat. And toilet is quite high. Have a child? Bring a child seat perhaps Other than that, the bed was the worst aspect for us. Way too hard. "

"Beer was a wee bit pricey but you can expect that in a hotel, the dinner Buffett closed at 9pm not 10pm like advertised but you can still buy bar meals through the bar which comes from the same place. No parking direct at property unless you strike it lucky but has a car park out the rear which is just as good and not too far! Rooms are nice and easy to get too."

"Clean apt. Great to have in-room laundry facility. Be aware the front desk is not manned in the mornings until 7am. This is a problem for early departures if you need customer service, eg, a luggage cart, receipt, etc. The hotel’s automated phone service promises an emailed receipt by 10am post departure; ours didn’t arrive. Parking is a major problem — guests are directed to street-side parking and charged!"

"Very easy to find with a handy location just off the highway. Parking outside our door. We were upgraded and had a lovely corner spa bath with bath salts supplied. I loved that they had a shower cap. Our bed was clean and comfortable and our room felt spacious and welcoming. We didn’t hear any outside noise at all. Only gripe was the bathroom extractor fan had a mind of its own and liked to turn itself on randomly"
