"The nicest Novotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were very hospitable and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety. Nicely manicured outdoor courtyard with seating and tables. Parking can be a bit tight when the hotel is busy. As the hotel is not newly built some amenities like USB charging ports or a smart TV are missing. Sth Metro station right next to hotel makes travelling to downtown fast and convenient. Į"

Room was clean and very spacious - bed was great but overall room was a tad outdated in appliances etc. Had issue with get lights on - receptionist was average but did get lights on. She was efficient but not friendly. Location was perfect for what I required, parking was good. "

"we had to book a stay last minute due to a flight delay - we were pleasantly suprised by this property - our room was newly rennovated and quite lovely. The property was clean and was close to a large mall for ammenities. "

"Its the worst place i have ever stayed in. Payed for 4 nights left after 1 night. Would like a refund. Its so dirty and smells terrible.l have a lung condition ans could not breathe. Previous peoples rubbish still there plus no clean towels or kitchen cloths. Bedside lamp had no shade and a broken off prong on the plug. Kitchen chairs where fillfy dirty as where the bed covers. Cupboards musty. Toilet paper in the carpark and up the tree. No other roomso offered to clean . Noway could a clean get that smell out. No one at reception, have to ring a number to get the safe number to get your key. Just as well i had a friend with a phone. I left mine back in Australia.i could go on but i think you should have the idea."
