"Check in and check out process was smooth and easy for it being completely hands off. The room was as advertised. Very beautiful and cozy space. Perfect for a couples getaway. Amenities available to the guests were great - Duluth Coffee is delicious. "

"The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. We noticed that the mop boards were missing in the hallway (on the first floor). Are you in the process of replacing them? The initial appearance seemed to be that the hotel was in disarray, but hopefully replacement is the reason for the missing mopboards. First impressions are important. Perhaps a sign letting people know why would ease their minds."
