8.6/10 Excellent! (1,369 reviews)
The hotel was well situated for public transport. Our room was quiet which was much appreciated in London.
Staff at reception from a trainee on Saturday to anyone we spoke to were really warm and friendly. Always willing to help and give information.
The room was clean and comfortable, and had good amenities.
Breakfast had a good selection of foods. More fresh fruit would have been nice.

"It's a great location, the soundproofing was good too. Only reason for three stars is because of the strange drip sound coming from my room, which woke me up a few times in the night. Other than this the stay was great. Comfy bed, excellent service and clean."

"Very good location for this hotel. We got a family room with two double bed, the room was a bit small and there was no window but I was aware when I booked. Very good and helpful staff and breakfast had a good amount of choice."
