"Had to shovel out my own parking space upon arrival due to minimal snow removal. The only amenity was a bed. Room was dirty. The lobby and hallway smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Elevators had garbage on the floor."

"People above were throwing dice on the floor stomping their feet and it sounded like they were fighting. Staff was afraid to speak to them. It was during a snowstorm and they didn’t have security staff. I complained till 4:30am and the staff called in front of me. They did quiet down at that point. Tiny refrigerator and lacking a microwave. Beds were comfortable janitorial staff were great. One girl at the desk was obnoxious throughout the stay. Mentioned the to manager when he arrived didn’t seem surprised and didn’t respond after when I asked him to ask the attendant that dealt with the people throwing the 10:30-4:30am party. "

"Very nice hotel...attached restaurant just mediocre...but staff friendly...only minus, why not add a refrigerator and microwave?"

"Everything was amazing except the cleanliness. Our room had a few 'eh' moments and the pool was pretty gross. Cloudy, hair clumps floating around, and the vacuum was just on the bottom (not turned on), plugged in, with the cord on the floor outside of the pool. The floor around the pool was covered in trash and glow sticks too so maybe there was a birthday party or something that made it messier than usual"

"No one to help carry luggage to the room. No room service. Restaurant and bar area very dirty behind the bar. Looks like they never clean the glass doors and shelf’s. Cleaning device eas disappointing. Never gave clean glasses and did not take dirty towels away. Not a very pleasant experience. "
