"A fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency in Jacksonville. The customer service was outstanding; delivered by each employee at the hotel regardless of their station. That goes from the doorman to the cleaning staff.. Each encounter I had was met with courtesy and politeness.. The hotel management should be pleased with the service provided by team members ! "

"Room was clean. The staff was very friendly and always there to help!The pool is not heated. There are shuttles every hour to take you to town. Great beach access! Great place to stay. The only negative I have is the size of the bathroom ok for one person but small for two or a family. Still a great place to stay I would say there again!"
