"They don't tell you that the hotels under construction on website except for some very fine print at the bottom. We went there for my daughter's birthday and everything like the water slide and hot tub were all shut down. The construction workers were on every level the doors were all propped open so there was no security. The construction workers worked until 10:00 p.m. on a weeknight. They had no coordination as far as shutting down one floor at a time. The whole place look like it was being torn apart. We literally had construction outside of our door the entire time we were there. After about 2 hours we went and canceled the room and took our family to another hotel. La Quinta suites in Hermantown was beautiful and we will be staying there from now on when we are in Hermantown."

"Place was clean. Location was great. Here are things I’d add: 1. Add inexpensive but classy to go w the current design: Basic corner shelving in shower for personal items guests bring so they don’t sit on shower floor 2. Basic drawers for bedroom area 3. Might want to use a nicer natural smelling floor wash (soap). Room smelled clean but product used was quite noticeable and somewhat bleachy scent to it. 4. Valence of window wear on middle window in our room (505) was missing. Loved the kitchen and amenities. Would have been wonderful to get some fresh air through windows…. Overall, lovely place."
