"The biggest issue with this hotel is that there is no elevator. Interior room door with no elevator is really just unheard of. It never occurred to me to ask. They gave rolling carts to get your luggage in. Why? Just for first floor use I guess. We purchased the suite-the most expensive room they have. It has a jacuzzi tub. We were allowed two extra towels. We were allowed 4 bath towels total on a $250 a night room. The pool closed at 9pm. It’s an indoor pool right by the lobby. Why close it so early? It would have been nice to swim after dinner but unless you eat at 5pm on a Saturday night you won’t get to. It was dated but decently clean. For the money, I expected better."

"The staff was nice on the phone and checking in. But the hotel was very poorly renovated with loose tiles and dirty showers. But even worse was we had to call 911 at 1:30 am in fear of our lives. It was so scary and we had no communication when things were safe again. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Had a nice stay. Very limited amenities. Room/bathroom was clean, no bugs! Fresh linens. Very large room. Gentleman was helpful at the desk, they required a deposit which was promptly returned the following day."

"This place was ok. Nothing terrible. Nothing great. They don’t really maintain the breakfast buffet. If you were one of the first people there in the morning, it would be fine but it is cleaned out within 1/2 hour and they don’t restock it."
