Top Northeast Mississippi Hotel Reviews
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tupelo
8/10 Good
"We arrived late at night, and our floor smelled of weed. When we arrived at the room, the door was wide open, TV on, beds unmade with trash still in the trash cans. We went back to the front desk and requested a new room. The staff were apologetic and helpful. They quickly issued us a new room, on the same weed smelling floor, but the stay was quiet after that. No complaints, just "smoke free" is only for those who abide by the rules in most hotels. Mistakes happen, but a staff that quickly corrected them was appreciated."

"The rooftop seating was nice outside of the bar, with a blues guitarist playing."

The Oliver Hotel, Oxford
10/10 Excellent
"We were on a cross-country road trip and this place was like finding an oasis in a desert of mediocre chain hotels. Really well thought-out and well decorated. If you've ever been to a Kimpton, I would say it's quite similar in its level of luxury and design styling. The restaurant was expensive, but worth it. The room even had a mini bar, which was a god-send after a long day on the road."
