Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge

"Stayed here 4 years ago, so came back. Location is good for tourism, the property is well maintained and upscale. We stayed a week but went to Leeds for 2 days and as such informed the front desk that the room didn’t require service for those nights. Front desk had some eco friendly promo and gave us 2 bottles of wine. Nice. But when we retu"

Tivoli Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The room was clean and the staff were very welcoming."

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
4/10 Poor
"A awful nights sleep. The room was unbearably hot. Air con was non existent. Sofa bed squeaked every time child moved. Room and amenities all very dated and scruffy. Didn’t engage with a member of staff as everything was automated. All very impersonal. A great location but a really disappointing and over priced stay."

Wakeup Copenhagen Borgergade
10/10 Excellent
"The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was also good. Having the option to leave luggages post check out (though at an extra charge) made it possible for us to explore the area more."

Clayton Hotel Dublin Airport
10/10 Excellent
"Nice hotel. Clean, and staff was nice and helpful. Only suggestion would be to have air conditioning. We were there during a hot day."

STG Hotel London Oxford Street
8/10 Good
"Well worth staying here. It really works and great Bauer for good hotel in London. Room signs need to be bigger and more red"

Strand Palace Hotel
4/10 Poor
"The hotel is great good location, good rooms, excellent restaurant for both evening meals and breakfast. Unfortunately check in is an absolute joke, arrived at the hotel around 3.30 pm to be told the rooms we’re not ready and would not be ready for some time, after waiting for an hour we decided to eat in the restaurant, which was excellent, as we need to be at the theatre for 7pm and would need to shower and change first. Before entering the restaurant I went to to reception to enquire how much longer the rooms we’re going to be. I was told six minutes for one, and no time forecast for the other room. After eating back to reception to be told one room was ready but the other still was not, I asked to see the manager who told me it was my fault as I wanted the two rooms on the same floor, not great customer service and at no time was I offered a room on a different floor earlier,I told her if they could not for fill my booking they should have not taken the booking in the fist place, I just got sorry as a response , this is such a pity as the hotel was good on all other levels"

Park Inn by Radisson Berlin Alexanderplatz
6/10 Okay
"This hotel is OK if you are staying for 1 or 2 nights and are happy to live out of your suitcase. However there are a number of issues if you are staying for a longer period. 1. Storage space - There are no drawers in the rooms, to put things like underwear or small clothing items. In the double room there was only one bedside cabinet which meant all my bedside items (book, phone etc) had to go on the floor 2. Bathroom - There wasn't one. The handbasin was in the passage between the door of the room and the bedroom section. There was a shower compartment which opened onto the bedroom with a curtain to hide you when you were showering. My wife loves me very much but did not particularly want to see me washing my "bits". 3. If you are female there is nowhere to put make up or any other things that a lady needs to make herself presentable on leaving the room. 4. Breakfast was nice but because the hotel appears to cater especially for tour groups it is difficult to get a table at times. 5. Hotel bar - There is no bar service, you have to wait for a waiter to take your order and bring it. On one occasion this resulted in a 15 minute wait before ordering and then a 30 minute wait for the drinks to arrive. 6. Room cleaning - They have an unnecessary technological system where you press a button the wall to request room cleaning the next day. We did this - the room was not cleaned. I am not sure how this is more efficient than hanging a note on your door requesting the room be cleaned"
