"We could not stay at the Tower hotel. Our plane made us go back a day earlier talk to hotel.com they said they would call the hotel to see if I could get a refund. I talked to the hotel and they said it would be no problem so hotel.com lied to me and I will never use them again or recommend them. We lost 200 and something dollars on a room. We couldn’t even stay in and all hotel.com had to say was worth sorry but I talked to two different people at Tower Bridge Hotel and they said no problem but we had to go through you hotel.com so you guys are liars"

"Very difficult to find shuttle bus at airport then incredibly long wait on bus and at check in (despite completing online check in and room being ready). 2 hours from looking for bus to getting into the room is unacceptable!"

"Great location and staff. Breakfast was excellent. The show was fun. No mini fridge. ;( lighting in bathrooms for make up doesn’t exist. The staff after my third stay are on first name bases are just great. With advise for travel. Restaurants and things to do. "
