"Hotel was clean and in a great location. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Bare amenities, but that's pretty standard in London. The only issue was the elevators were breaking pretty often, so wait times were long. Also didn't love that they charge 5 quid per bag to store luggage."

"Upper House was definitely that. I stayed in Gothia Towers and then did an upgrade for two nights. It was a good stay in both places but they certainly turned up a notch at Upper House. The spa was wonderful. Not too crowded as they made reservations. The saunas and Hamam room were very nice. Pools were warm and well maintained. Breakfast at both places was good but I was able to get made to order breakfast at upper house which was very nice. Service was superb in both places, The staff were helpful and friendly My only feedback would be to expand the menus at the in hotel restaurants. The pizza at The Corner was nice and fresh."
