"What a fabulous hotel and great value. The staff were really loveky bith at breakfast and check in. The room had everything I needed, the bed was comfy and the room also had blackput blinds and were sound proofed. Will def stay again! "

"We had an amazing stay in Tivoli Hotel. The staff were all fantastic and very helpful. We were in an executive lounge the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had - the range of food and drink available absolutely blew me away. The executive lounge is also very useful in the evening as it allows you to save a bit of money buying meals and alcoholic out and about (fairly expensive in Copenhagen). We were able to have smaller snacks such as hotdogs, fries, sandwiches while out and then top up from the bread, cheese, meat, pickles, fruit and cake, beer and wine available in the evening. The pool facilities were good. A lovely ambiance down there with warm, slightly salty water. There is a decent stretch to lane swim - I think it is 25m. I would highly recommend this hotel and this city for a stay - we are already trying to plan our next visit! "

"Brilliant hotel "

"The arrival was very smooth, we got to the hotel at around 10am which we were worried we would need to keep our bags until 3pm but they tagged them and placed them in a secure room for us to collect later that day. We were offered a drink whilst there if we opted for the bedroom to not be cleaned whilst on our 2 night stay too which I thought was a good idea. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the room and whole hotel was clean. The galleys on each floor were a good idea but unfortunately for us we were on the north side of the building on floor 3 which meant there was a walk to the lift to floor 2 or 4 then a very long walk to the far south of the hotel to get a coffee or iron clothes, would be nice to have a closer one for the north side residents too. Breakfast buffet was nice too, would be nice if it was to start at the same time as mon-Friday still but there was a nice touch for people leaving the hotel before it opened, they had croissants and coffee available at the bar. We would stay again if we were to ever travel there again and may try their other hotels if they’re all like this one. Thank you for a lovely stay "

"This was a great place to stay- the location was fantastic and check-in and check-out couldn't have been any easier. The room was spotless, and although small, it was perfect for our short stay. We really liked the fact that there was a kitchen area in the hotel which gave us options when it came to making something quick to eat. The amenities were good- all designed to make things as easy as possible. Will definitely stay here again. "
