"Our room was extremely dark! How do you pay for an upgraded king room and get zero natural light??? Weird! The location was great or what had planned or our stay, but the room was very disappointing! The staff "greeting" near the escalators on street level could be more helpful and friendly."

"Staff here were superb, very helpful and courteous. No question too small, everyone says hello to you, makes you feel welcome.Breakfast had a good variety of options, better than most. Loved the sense of community created."

"The breakfast bar was pretty hard core! Omlette station, hot items, bread/toast/pastries, cereals, yogurt & fruit- this was big & plentiful. Excellent value! Location cant be beat! Right outside Tower Bridge, bus stop to all major attractions near by, tube near by... this hotel can be very local. The bed was gorgeous!! Curtains were heavy enough to block out light for a deep restful sleep. Cannot hear any noise from outside- best sleep I've had in months!"

"Room was not cleaned or vacuumed. Towel had a long hair on it. Couldn’t move in the shower. I imagine it’s similar to sleeping in a mobile home."
