"We got a call from Michelle and she was very friendly. They offered us a free upgrade to a grand suite, which was very nice. The Burger House onsite had very good food. The breakfast was also very good. Hotel and rooms were very clean with a good exercise room also. This is the second time we have stayed here overnight. We were also able to check in a little early which we really appreciated."

"Overall, the room was fine except for the following: all the pillows were too soft and both of us had neck issues as a result. Also the carpet is badly stained and should be replaced."
