"What a wonderful place to stay. The hotel rooms have been converted beautifully with keeping the charm of the thick moldings and big heavy doors. Hotel was quiet and staff was friendly. The view of the Harbor and sleeping giant is on point and worth the uograde to stay on that side. Lots of parking which is a bonus for Port Arthur. Close to downtown where all the niche food and bars are. Sadly slept in and missef breakfast but will definitely get next time. Bravo"

"The breakfast was fresh. The room was clean. The front desk staff were very helpful. The nightly entertainment in the Pub was a bonus."

"They have EV charging, great! Staff were friendly and helpful. Shower direction valve needs to be replaced, soap dispenser bottles were kind of scummy. Should be cleaned regularly."

"Was a rough stay to start the stay off with a big winter storm. Hotel definitely was not equipped with snow removal equipment. Multiple cars stuck in parking lot and a snowblower didn’t even show up till 4pm. Side doors were not shovelled well at all and it’s a good thing an ambulance did not have to come to the property as there is no way it would have got in. Customers safety has to come first but we were made to feel as though it did not matter. Surprised how hotels ran considering it is a Marriott property. Overall not impressed."

"I was bumped from my reservation and was sent to another hotel without any notice of my previous reservation being cancelled. At the same rate which didn’t include a pool and the other hotel was a dump so I cancelled it and was forced to find another hotel that was in a city that was fully booked at a much higher rate. "

"This is not somewhere you would go if you're looking for a higher end motel. Its a bare minimum type of place, right down to the single ply toilet paper. Its definitely in need of some updating."
