"We were booked for 3 nights and stayed only ONE. The desk, counters and tv stand all needed to be wiped down because every surface was sticky (visibly in spots). Walking barefoot in the room was unpleasant because the sand and dirt kept crunching underfoot. The corners and hidden areas (like, behind the couch which is clearly moved routinely to accommodate tv watching prefs) were visibly dirty and included a sock from a previous guest. The pool deck was gross. The hot tub boarded over, the pool water cloudy with a dead spider and a number of obvious floating hair clumps. The absolute final straw were the MUSHROOMS GROWING ON THE POOL DECK. That takes time...and adequate neglect. We will NEVER again stay at any Travelodge anywhere. Likely we'll avoid all Wyndham properties after this :("
