"It’s rated as a 5 star…. The hotel room : the bathroom tile had a big chunk missing out of the floor , in which was directly located outside the shower , my partner hit his toes on it (lucky it didn’t slice ) as it was extremely sharp , the hall light in the room didn’t have power and the ac in the room did not work properly . We were then switched to another room after telling the front desk , to then see the floor in the bathroom had dirt and mildew built up around the bath tub. Considering the price of the room , very disappointed."
