"The service here was top notched and everyone was very friendly. Even though our flight was delayed by one day due to rasaga typhoon in Hong Kong the hotel staff Jennie, was able to accommodate us and work with our new schedule. They also helped us plan our tour in ninh binh. The morning breakfast buffet was good as well. The location here is convenient for tour pick up and centrally located for food. We got the balcony room and it was a pleasant experience to be able to enjoy the view outside. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay here again in the future. "

"This hotel is an oasis of tranquility in the busy city of Hanoi. The rooms are spotless, the beds are SO comfortable and the amenities are excellent. That being said, it is really the staff that puts this at the BEST hotel we have ever stayed at. Each staff member is very warm, professional & anticipate your every need. They make you feel very special. Anna is an incredible hostess who made our stay so memorable. We will definitely be returning to this hotel & recommending it to all our friends and family. "Amazing experience staying at the Champton, checked in early, staff were so friendly and welcoming. Room was perfect for my needs, services offered are 2nd to none. Roof top pool, sky bar, room service and gym/spa on premises. My 2night stay was over all too quickly, but i will be returning in 4 days for another 4 nights here."

I visited to celebrate a birthday, but the day came and went without any special acknowledgment from the hotel—no small gesture like a slice of cake or a card, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the overall experience was still worthy of four stars. A special mention to Trang in the F&B department, who was outstanding and made a real difference to my stay."
