"Problems with air conditioning in one room and didn't realize it had no window but gave us fan to remedy situation. Breakfast was simple but very good. Location great across hospital a little loud but dies down around 9. Staff are great thank you DA and ANNA and sorry don’t know other workers name. Stored luggage for us when we went on trips. Highly recommend!"

"The service is what makes this place outstanding! Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you are having a fantastic time. Mr Dong, who is at the front desk, helped us with everything! From recommendations and reservations to booking both of our tours, he was very patient and reliable for everything. Ms Cindy was a life saver, we had to prolong our stay for an extra day twice due to airline issues and they managed to accommodate us both times. Jacob and the rest of the front desk staff were as helpful, they all were very trustworthy. Our rooms were impeccable. We had a family room the first time an was big and super comfortable for the 3 of us (that room can accommodate up to 5). Then the 2nd time we had 2 separate rooms and both rooms were modern, clean and spacious. The 3rd time they helped us get the last room they had available (they were sold out) and provided an extra rolling bed. The room was big enough for 3 beds and had balcony overlooking the old quarter. The breakfast restaurant on the 10th floor was solid and everyone is on it. They also have a Spa which we highly recommend (there are a lot of sketchy places around that we tried and they were not good). The spa at the hotel was clean, nice and all the girls were polite, professional and knowledgeable. If you get a massage ask for SA, she’s an absolute Pro! We were extremely happy and pleasantly impressed with this Gem of a Hotel! "
