"Staff was amazing "

"Our stay was wonderful. This hotel is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. We were walking distance from everything. The staff was amazing. Rooms are clean but could use a little updating as th ere were spots in the carpet as soon as we walked in. Not what i would have expected in an expensive suite. It was super cold in the room even after adjusting the thermostat which appeared to be controlled somewhere else, but staff accommodated us with extra blankets. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Room was not that clean-floors dirty, bathroom mirror and frame had toothpaste on it, tables need cleaning or replacing, furniture was all miss matched and old, shower curtain did not fit shower-floor flooded when taking a shower, free shampoo was half used, sofa had hole in fabric-very uncomfortable-could not sit on it-very old. For the price we paid for the room-we were very disappointed."

"Very disappointing stay. The area around the hotel had a very strong trash smell throughout the streets nearby, which made the experience unpleasant. The valet service was especially disappointing. The staff was unfriendly, and when I requested my car, it was left near a trash area instead of the hotel entrance, with little assistance or communication. I had to carry and load luggage on my own, which was frustrating and inconvenient. On top of that, there was confusion regarding the pet fee, which added unnecessary stress to the stay. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations."
