"Loved the quirkiness of the property. Everything was pink. Our room was decorated as a Freda room. We came to Richmond to see the Freda exhibit. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. My only complaint was the bathroom: the stopper in the sink would not let the water drain & you had to jiggle the toilet to get the water to stop."

"The bed was comfortable. Despite the rundown-ness of the bathroom, the shower worked really well. What we had a har time with was the amount of bugs in the room. No bed bugs or cockroaches, but just way too many insects."

It’s located in a great area, with restaurants, shops, and other attractions all within walking distance, which made it very convenient for us. What really stood out was the staff.
