"This is an excellent hotel. The toilet in our first room had a faulty flush, and the desk changed us seamlessly to a room a few doors down. Then I had an embarrassing emergency -- an otherwise unnoticed rash on my skin opened up and bled a little on the bedding. The desk sent up a complete change of linen with kindness and sympathy.
